Pyrolysed Coconut Shell Chips
ACarbon® pyrolysed coconut shell chips are made of high-quality coconut shells from Southeast Asia.
Coconut shell is the most basic and main raw material source of new energy carbon materials, so the quality and stable supply of pyrolysed coconut shell chips are very important.
Different from the traditional kiln process, this product adopts a more advanced barrel burning process, which is carried out in a roller carbonization furnace. The carbonization temperature and time are precisely controlled to fully decompose the organic matter in the coconut shell, which helps to improve its stability and service life; at the same time, its porous structure is retained, so that it has good adsorption performance.
- Thick carbon sheet, low silicon content, extra low impurities, high pure and consistent quality;
