DESCRIPTION

Hard carbon precursor are one of the key materials for producing high performance hard carbon.By selecting suitable hard carbon precursors and optimizing the preparation process,high-performance hard carbon materials can be produced for use as anode materials in sodium-ion batteries.

The abundant fibrous structure of the bamboo would affect the microporous structure if the hard carbon in a certain extent.This structure can endow the hard carbon precursor with a well porosity.

  • Select high-quality bamboo raw materials abundantly available in Fujian. Through a patented carbonization process, a high-purity hard carbon precursor is prepared. With its composite advantages of high performance, low cost, and green sustainability, it is particularly suitable for large-scale sodium battery applications.
  • Produced and supplied by our Fujian factory. The factory area is surrounded by over ten million acres of moso bamboo, ensuring abundant and sustainable raw materials. The green production process strictly controls impurity sources, resulting in low ash content and high batch stability. Current monthly production capacity exceeds one thousand tons.
  • Verified by several leading sodium-ion battery companies and has achieved ongoing purchases at the ton-level and above. The hard carbon produced demonstrates a first reversible specific capacity of 300 mAh/g and an initial Coulombic efficiency exceeding 90%.

Product Advantages

  • Low Ash Content: Use the middle section of mature bamboo (over 3 years old) as raw material; undergo multiple rinsing steps and effectively reduces ash content. Product ash content can be controlled to 3% minimum.
  • Low Moisture Content: Pre-production material drying effectively reduces moisture. Product moisture content does not exceed 6%.
  • Can provide high, medium, and low volatile matter bamboo-based hard carbon precursor products according to customer requirements.
  • Can provide micron-level particle size (D50 5-8 μm) of bamboo-based powder hard carbon precursor according to customer requirements.
