CBRN Protective Clothing Fabric

with Spherical Activated Carbon

DESCRIPTION

CBRN protective clothing fabrics are typically constructed as multilayer composite materials, incorporating a multifunctional outer fabric, a resin-based spherical activated carbon adsorption layer, and a high-strength base fabric.

They are widely used in industries and applications where protection against chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear hazards is required, including oil and gas, chemical processing, construction and manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, firefighting and law enforcement, mining and metallurgy, and national defense and military applications.

Our CBRN protective clothing fabric has achieved a performance level comparable to the Saratoga developed by Blücher.

Features

  • Long-lasting protection: Protection against toxic agents for up to 24 hours, significantly exceeding the typical 4–6-hour basic protection period of conventional protective fabrics.
  • Washable: Designed to withstand washing and meet the requirements for 10 washing cycles under relevant European standards.
  • High air permeability: Air permeability exceeds applicable military-standard requirements by 15% to 20%.
  • Resistant to flexing: No visible shedding of spherical activated carbon was observed after 9,000 high-intensity flexes cycles.
  • High tensile strength.
