PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND APPLICATION ENVIRONMENT

Activated Carbon for Human Protection-Military/CBRN

ACC-TEDA

ACC-TEDA activated carbon is an impregnated, chromium-free, granular coconut shell-based activated carbon containing TEDA and silver, combined with other active compounds. It can effectively protect against acidic gases such as SO2, H2S; alkaline gases such as ammonia; other polar compounds such as hydrogen cyanide (HCN) and phosgene (COCl₂), chemical warfare agents such as sarin, soman, mustard gas and hydrogen cyanide; in addition, it can effectively defend against arsine and radioactive iodomethane.

ACC-TEDA activated carbon is a military-grade multi-metal impregnated activated carbon suitable for the adsorption of radioactive gases in facilities such as nuclear power plants and nuclear waste treatment; organic, inorganic, and acid-base gases in chemical production workshops; protection against chemical warfare agents (such as hydrogen cyanide, phosgene) that may be used on military battlefields and industrial leaks.

ACC-TEDA is also suitable for filtering toxic gases in nuclear, biological and chemical (NBC) protection systems in emergency shelters. ACC-TEDA has passed the tests of many professional testing institutions at home and abroad and meets the MIL standard, EN standard and NOISH standard. It has a significant adsorption effect on toxic gases such as HCN and has been used in many scenarios.

HPN-97 8x18

HPN-97 8×18 is a high-performance impregnated activated carbon designed for the adsorption of methyl iodide (CH₃I). It uses a unique chemical modification technology of the impregnated material to efficiently remove gaseous organic iodine compounds. According to the ASTM D3803-91 standard test, it has an adsorption efficiency of more than 97% for methyl iodide. There is no secondary pollution, and the waste carbon can be treated according to the radioactive/chemical waste specifications. It has been used in filters and gas masks for a variety of nuclear industrial facilities and civil defense facilities, and the protective effect has been recognized by a large number of customers.

HPN-97 8×18 is mainly used in places where methyl iodide CH3I needs to be removed efficiently, especially in environments involving radioactive iodine protection or highly toxic organic iodine compound control. It can be installed in gas masks or collective protection filters to effectively protect methyl iodine. It can be used in ESF (Engineered Safety Feature) filters and HEPA composite filters, and is used in containment ventilation systems and off-gas systems in nuclear industrial facilities to absorb leaked radioactive methyl iodide (such as ¹³¹CH3I).

In civilian applications, HPN-97 8×18 is suitable for absorbing the volatilization of radioactive drug laboratories to protect against ¹³¹I labeled compounds (such as methyl iodide). In pesticide/pharmaceutical manufacturing, HPN-97 8×18 absorbs methyl iodide in certain synthetic reactions.

Activated Carbon for Human Protection-Industrial/Civilian

ACC-A

ACC-A uses high-quality coconut shell charcoal as the base material. It is a respirator steam-grade activated carbon with excellent physical adsorption capacity. It has a good effect on removing organic gases and vapors such as cyclohexane, benzene and its homologues, gasoline, acetone, carbon disulfide, ether, etc.

It is suitable for toxic organic gas environments, such as painting, decoration sites, gasoline transportation, pesticide spraying, laboratory operations, factory production, furniture making, etc. Short-term exposure to organic gases will cause respiratory irritation to the human body, affect the central nervous system, and irritate the eyes and skin. Long-term exposure to organic gases has a risk of cancer and damage to various body functions. Experiments have shown that the use of ACC-A carbon in gas masks or filters has excellent adsorption effects on most organic and toxic gases.

ACC-AE

ACC-AE impregnated activated carbon is impregnated with alkaline solution. It has good physical and chemical adsorption capacity. It has significant adsorption effect on acidic gases such as SO2, H2S, Cl2 and organic gases such as cyclohexane, benzene and its homologues. The product has the characteristics of large specific surface area, reasonable pore size, uniform distribution and high mechanical strength.

It is mainly used in acidic gas environments such as coal-fired power plants, refineries, metallurgical plants (such as copper and lead smelting), natural gas processing, papermaking, swimming pool disinfection, etc., and also includes toxic organic gas environments, such as painting, decoration sites, gasoline transportation and other scenes.

ACC-K

ACC-K ammonia nitrogen removal impregnated activated carbon is mainly used for the adsorption of alkaline gases such as ammonia and irritating gases. It uses coconut shells with high strength and developed porosity as raw materials, and reasonable impregnation solution ratio and particle size ratio to ensure that the produced impregnated activated carbon can achieve maximum adsorption capacity for ammonia and other related derivatives.

The activated carbon is filled in gas masks and filters, and is mainly used in chemical and fertilizer plants, such as synthetic ammonia industry, as well as pharmaceutical plants, petroleum and metallurgical plants, cold storage operations, refrigeration and septic tank operations, and other places where ammonia and amine gases are relatively abundant.

In experimental tests and practical applications, it has achieved excellent adsorption effects on alkaline gases such as ammonia, greatly reducing the harm of such gases to the human respiratory tract, skin and eyes.

ACC-ABEK

ACC-ABEK activated carbon is made of high-quality coconut shell carbon and impregnated with a variety of impregnation solutions. It has a protective effect on a variety of gases, including organic gases such as benzene, toluene, and gasoline; inorganic acidic gases such as hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) and SO₂; alkaline gases such as ammonia and amines, and organic amine derivatives. It has a protective effect on most harmful gases in industrial environments and life scenes. It is a relatively comprehensive protective carbon for protective gases. ACC can provide two grades of products: ABEK1 and ABEK2.

It is applicable to complex toxic gas environments, it can protect against a variety of comprehensive gases. Gas masks equipped with ABEK carbon can be used for emergency treatment of chemical leaks (such as chlorine and ammonia leaks), reactors, and tank maintenance (protection against organic solvents and acidic gases). Chemical fires (such as ammonia leaks and organic solvent combustion in pesticide factories), traffic accidents (gasoline vapor and acidic gases caused by fuel tank ruptures) and other composite gas protection scenes.
