Activated Carbon for Cabin Filter

DESCRIPTION

Automobile Series include the activated carbon for cabin filter and for carbon canisters of fuel cars, which are suitable for different vehicles.

Our products have passed the recognition of international mainstream auto parts suppliers and well-known automobile manufacturers.

Activated Carbon for Automobiles

For Cabin Filter

The filter is part of ventilation system of vehicles, aircraft cabins, etc., and is located at the exterior air intake of the passenger cabin in front of the air conditioning system. Typically, the filter has a filter media (non-woven fabric) and an activated carbon layer. It is used to purify the air that is drawn directly from the outside/road and then delivered to the vehicle through the ventilation or air conditioning. Our activated carbon is used to help the filter remove a variety of impurities, from unpleasant odors to gases that can irritate the lungs.

ACarbon® activated carbon for cabin filter selected high-quality coconut shells as raw materials. By implementing a unique and most advanced manufacturing process, we adjust the product aperture, tight control of particle size distribution (flow resistance control), sophisticated chemical impregnation (inorganic gas removal) and extremely low dust content and material hardness (degradation during processing and loss of material as dust). We provide a market-leading product for filter manufacturers. ACC supplies both the basal carbon series and the impregnated (catalytically modified) series of activated carbons, from sustainable raw materials to stringent quality standards.

ACarbon® activated carbon for cabin filter are mainly used to remove organic compounds, odors, n-butane, toluene, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, etc.

ACarbon® activated carbon for cabin filter includes non-impregnated activated carbon and impregnated activated carbon.

Activated Carbon for Automobiles

For Car Carbon Canister

Automotive emissions are a major contributor to urban air pollution. To limit the emission of evaporated gasoline vapor, activated carbon canisters are used, which adsorbs the fuel vapours that escape from the tank when vehicle is parked with a hot engine after use. In a reverse direction, fresh air flows through activated carbon bed to desorb the vapours. Heavily loaded with hydrocarbons, this air flow is then recycled into the engine’s air injection system, and activated carbon is regenerated.
