How to Use Activated Carbon for Anti-sublimation

① Using different grades of anti-sublimation carbon powder for a complete test to determine the type and amount needed, based on severity of sublimation and migration of actual products.

②  Add the anti-sublimation activated carbon as dry powder by a certain proportion to the water-based or oily mortar (Using corresponding solvent to pre-disperse anti-sublimation activated carbon as required). To avoid sedimentation affect its performance, the ink should be fully stirred before using.

③ Uniformly coated in the printing or transfer scraping process as a primer, forming a flat film layer. In the coating process, anti-sublimation powder is required uniform coating to ensure a certain ink layer to achieve the ideal use effect. It can be printed 1-2 times according to the characteristics of the material. Printing process same as general screen printing ink method.

The anti-sublimation powder shows different differences in the printing products due to the diversity of sublimation in the process of using. The above use method is for reference only. Before the specific use, it is necessary to carry out long-term observation on the sample under different conditions, and it can be used only when it meets the specific use requirements. It just slow down the speed of sublimation and migration, not eliminate them completely. High temperature accelerates molecular movement and active agent’s sublimation. Therefore, high temperatures should be avoided.
